Our commitment to excellence begins with your first visit. Our goal is to make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. On your first visit, we’ll get to know you and your medical history. We’ll conduct a comprehensive oral exam and take digital X-rays. If time permits, we’ll also conduct a cleaning.
We ask all new patients to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out your medical history.
At Abadin Dental, we do all that we can to maximize your dental insurance benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. Dr. Abadin will prescribe treatment based on your oral health condition, not your insurance benefits. Limiting your treatment to what your insurance plan covers could prevent you from receiving proper dental care.
We accept all major PPO insurance companies; however, we are OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDERS with ALL insurance companies. The insurance policy is a contract between you and/or your employer and the insurance company, we are not a party to that contract.
Our fees are always provided and explained before treatment. All treatment case plans are based on estimates of your dental plan as provided by your dental insurance carrier. Coverage may vary depending on whether your plan is based on UCR or Fee Schedule.
As a service and favor to you, we file insurance claims promptly after treatment is rendered and make every effort to receive prompt payment on your behalf.
Explanation of benefits is NEVER a guarantee of payment, in the event the dental insurance company pays less than the estimated amount or refuses to pay for treatment, any remaining balance in the account is your responsibility.
*We are an OUT-NETWORK PPO provider for ALL insurance companies!
Insurance and Billing
We accept most of the Dental Insurances and file insurance claims as a convenience to you. We update the list regularly so if you don’t see your plan listed below, just ask us if we accept it. We probably do.
Dental insurance benefits are different from medical insurance benefits. Dental insurance typically doesn’t cover all services. Some policies cover only basic services and have annual limits on benefit payments.
Dr. Abadin will prescribe treatment based on your oral health condition, not your insurance benefits. That means you may have some out-of-pocket expenses. Limiting your treatment to what your insurance plan covers could prevent you from receiving proper dental care.We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We accept checks, cash and/or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
